Terms of Service
BERNIER FASHION ADVISORY is an independent practice within BERNIER GROUP. By purchasing from BERNIER FASHION ADVISORY ("we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
- Services. We provide a private styling advisory — clothing selections within your budget, a read of your body's proportions, complete outfit combinations, and brand suggestions for all four seasons — delivered as a personalized styling guide (PDF).
- Payment. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, as a one-time fee. There is no subscription or membership. All prices are in USD or BRL depending on region.
- Intake. After purchase, you'll complete a short questionnaire covering your measurements, budget, current wardrobe, style preferences, and goals. Your guide cannot be started until intake is submitted.
- Delivery. Your styling guide is delivered by email within 10 business days of completed intake submission, unless otherwise communicated.
- Refunds. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your guide has not yet been delivered. Once delivered, the purchase is final, given the personal time and work already completed on your behalf. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Use of AI. Your intake is used to draft an initial structure with AI assistance. Every guide is personally reviewed, edited, and approved by BERNIER before delivery — the styling judgment is never fully automated.
- Intellectual property. The guide prepared for you is yours to use privately. We retain the right to reference general, anonymized learnings from our work, but will never share your specific materials or guide publicly without your permission.
- Confidentiality. Materials you submit are used solely to prepare your guide and are not shared with third parties beyond the tools necessary to deliver our service.
- Limitation of liability. We provide styling opinions and suggestions, not guarantees of fit, availability, or pricing from third-party brands.
