BERNIER FASHION ADVISORY collects the information you provide at checkout and during intake (measurements, budget, wardrobe, style preferences, and any photos you upload) solely to prepare and deliver your styling guide.

What we collect: contact details, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, not stored by us directly), and any materials you submit during intake.

How we use it: to prepare your personal styling guide and to communicate with you about your order.

AI processing: parts of your submitted materials may be processed by AI tools as part of our internal workflow to help draft an initial structure. All final judgment and content is reviewed and approved by a human before delivery.

Retention: we retain your materials and final guide indefinitely, so you can re-download it at any time. If you'd like your materials deleted, email bernier@thebernier.com and we'll remove them.

Sharing: we do not sell your information. We do not share your materials publicly without your explicit permission.
