Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your styling guide has not yet been delivered. Once your completed guide has been delivered, the purchase is final, given the personal time and work already completed on your behalf. To request a refund within the 7-day window, email bernier@thebernier.com.
