Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your Visual Read has not yet been delivered. Once your completed analysis has been delivered, the purchase is final, given the personal time and work already completed on your behalf. To request a refund within the 7-day window, email bernier@thebernier.com.
