BERNIER is the brand advisory practice within BERNIER GROUP. This policy covers data collected through BERNIER's own Visual Read service — BERNIER FASHION ADVISORY and BERNIER FITNESS ADVISORY have their own privacy policies for their own products.

BERNIER collects the information you provide at checkout and during intake (name, email, brand materials, and any files you upload) solely to prepare and deliver your Visual Read.

What we collect: contact details, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, not stored by us directly), and any materials you submit.

How we use it: to prepare your personal analysis, to communicate with you about your order, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional newsletter content from BERNIER MAGAZINE.

AI processing: parts of your submitted materials may be processed by AI tools as part of our internal workflow to help organize and structure your analysis. All final judgment and content is reviewed and approved by a human before delivery.

Retention: we retain your materials and final Read indefinitely, so you can re-download your Read at any time. If you'd like your materials deleted, email bernier@thebernier.com and we'll remove them.

Sharing: we do not sell your information. We do not share your materials publicly without your explicit permission.

Cookies/analytics: this site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic. No advertising pixels are used.
