Terms of Service
BERNIER FITNESS ADVISORY is an independent practice within BERNIER GROUP. By purchasing Bernier Progress Hub ("we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.
- Services. Bernier Progress Hub is a private, digital fitness and nutrition tracker (weight, workouts, groceries, and an AI-assisted food log), granted as permanent access to your own isolated instance.
- Payment. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, as a one-time fee. There is no subscription or membership. All prices are in USD or BRL depending on region.
- Access. Purchasing requires a BERNIER GROUP account. Immediately after payment, a private access link is also generated and emailed automatically. Keep it private; anyone with the link can open your instance.
- Data isolation. Your data is scoped to your own instance and is never visible to another customer, at the database, API, or URL level.
- Refunds. You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided the app hasn't been meaningfully used beyond initial setup. After 3 days, or once you've logged real data, the purchase is final. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Use of AI. Food and calorie estimates from a plain-text description are generated by an AI model. These are estimates for convenience, not medical or nutritional advice — consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
- Intellectual property. Your logged data is yours. We do not access, review, or share it except as needed to operate the service or when you explicitly request support.
- Limitation of liability. Bernier Progress Hub provides tracking tools and estimates, not medical, nutritional, or fitness guarantees.
