Privacy Policy

Bernier Progress Hub collects the information you provide at checkout (email) and whatever you choose to log inside your own instance (weight, workouts, groceries, food entries, and progress photos) solely to run the app for you.

What we collect: your email (used only to send your access link and account communications), payment information (processed securely by our payment provider, not stored by us directly), and the data you log inside the app.

Data isolation: your instance is scoped to your own account at the database and API level. No other customer, and no part of the app, can query or infer your data.

AI processing: food descriptions you type into the food log may be sent to an AI model to estimate calories and macros. This happens only when you use that feature.

Retention: we retain your data for as long as your access remains active. If you'd like your data deleted, email bernier@thebernier.com and we'll remove it.

Sharing: we do not sell your information, and we do not access your logged data except as needed to operate the service or when you explicitly request support.
